This artwork captures a solitary alpine ibex standing on a narrow rock pillar, high above a vast mountain landscape.

The composition is reduced to its essential elements: stone, sky, distance, and the quiet presence of the animal. The ibex becomes almost sculptural, positioned between earth and open air, while the surrounding peaks dissolve softly into light and atmosphere.
